Highway 345 is falling apart. We think it should be torn down. Here’s Why.

Following the success of the Klyde Warren Park over the Woodall Rogers Freeway, the Texas Department of Transport - TxDOT, with plans lead by Patrick Kennedy, proposes a re-design of the Dallas downtown: starting with the demolition of the I-345, a strand of Central Expressway between I-30 and Woodall Rogers, and replace them with extensive networks of parks, town centers, and smaller but more functional streets.
